The
house was built in 1909 and is a classic Ocean City
home. It has all the charm of an old shore home
with all the modern day amenities. The kitchen
and bathrooms have all been remodeled. The
living room and dining room have beautiful woodwork
and hardwood floors. Central air conditioning was
installed on the top 2 floors in the spring of 2002. The furnishings match
the style of the home.
The 3rd floor has 5
bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have queen
size beds, 1 full size bed and the other two have two
single beds in each room. The sofa in the living
room has a pull out full size bed. The main
house sleeps 10. The dining room has a large
table with 10 chairs. There is off-street parking for
1 or 2 vehicles.
The
"Lower Cottage" is a cozy 3-bedroom living
space. The unit has it's own bathroom and den.
It also a has a full size washer and dryer along with
a second refrigerator. It has front and back door entrances.
An interior staircase was installed in 2003 for easy
access to the main house. New carpet was
installed in 2004.
The cottage has 3
bedrooms, 1 full bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have window A/C
units. There is one queen size bed, one full size bed and 2
single beds plus a pull out sofa in the den. The
lower cottage sleeps 6.
